Emergencies

Out of Hours care is provided through Mid-Essex PCT by Primecare.  If you have an emergency outside of normal opening hours, please phone the surgery and a recorded message will give you the telephone number for the Out of Hours service.

How To Register.

The receptionist will ask you to complete a form to register with the practice. You are registered with the practice rather than with an individual GP. Your medical card will be issued in the name of one of the doctors. You may see any of the doctors and can express a preference for which doctor you wish to consult. You will also be invited to make a ‘New patient appointment’ with the Practice Nurse or the Healthcare Practitioner. The receptionist will give you an information sheet and practice leaflet.

Access To The Premises

The premises are fully accessible to wheelchairs and all facilities are on the ground floor, including a toilet for disabled patients.
